The relationship between Helither and the fans has been uncomfortable for some time.
A number of supporters of an unofficial Gloverscast podcast have been banned in Huish Park for statements on social media.
One of the fans, who was banned by the club for two years last week, has published the letter from the club online.
The banning orders have sparked a reaction from social media supporters to the removal of Helier, who responded with his violent positions.
Under Helier, Gloveres’ led by Hellyer was on a journey to the Southern National League title last season.
“My investment provided the money to the club that was necessary to pass, football and promote you to the NL (National League), but gave me anything except insulting and reducing the personal deficit for £4m,” Hiller said.
“So, yes, I’m going to be at YTFC next season. Your abuse has been successful. Now he’ll leave me alone until the end of the season.
