Wolverhampton striker Matthew Conhaz has insisted he wants to leave this summer, saying: “I have clearly stated that I need to take the next step.
The 25-year-old joined Arsenal in January, but in the last days of the window, he signed a new 4-2-year deal and ended his future.
The new deal came after Conha, who was the club’s 13-goal goalscorer this season, scored 2-0 against Aston Villa and beat the wolves in the descent.
“I had a lot of offers but didn’t feel well if I had done it,” Couna told the Guardian. “Some things you can’t control, but I couldn’t leave the club in the middle of the season, in a difficult situation, in the relegation zone,” he said.
“Now, we are close to achieving our goal (to stay in sleep). But I have clearly stated that I need to take the next step. I want to fight for the titles, for big things. I have potential.
Conha bans four games in four games after the FA Cup in the FA Cup in the FA Cup in Bournemouth in Bournemouth.
The Brazilian, who was initially fined three games, was argued with the referee, his team-mates and his staff after being sent to the stadium with Milos Kerkes. Wolves lost the game from a penalty. Konha was fined £50,000 ($64,640) by the Football Federation.
He is scheduled to return to the Wolves against Tottenham on April
Konha has also been fined two games earlier this season for playing a member of the Ipsuic Town staff in December.
The striker joined Wolves in January 2023 in a borrowed initial deal from Atletico Madrid before taking this step permanently in the summer.
He has made 13 appearances for Brazil and scored his first goal for his country in a 4-1 defeat to Argentina on Wednesday.
