One of the lucky southern California is the country’s latest millionaire after selling Powerbool tickets worth $515 million in Ornge County.
The only winning ticket covered all five numbers: 7, 11, 21, 53, 61 and Powerboll 2 after drawing on Saturday night. It was sold at a 7-Eleven store located on 763th Street north of Euklid in Anahim.
The second person, who hits five numbers, will take $279,863 home.
The 7-Eleven store that sold the winner ticket will be paid $1 million.
Saturday night’s draw was the 29th consecutive draw after Finando Cervantes and Oregon earned $328.5 million earlier this year on January
Powerbol’s future drawings will be held on Monday, March 31, with the main prize back to $20 million.
“Every California’s draw is participating in the draw to raise money for public schools in California,” the drawing officials said. “These money supports various programs across the state.
Powerboll tickets for each game is $2 and drawing will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday night at 7:59 pm.
