Hesro: What is my right?

Hesro Airport has been closed throughout Friday due to a fire at a nearby power plant that provides electricity to it.

Britain’s busiest airport has warned of a significant breakdown in the coming days, with at least 1,300 flights inside and outside.

What are your rights if your trip is broken and you can get your money back?

Don’t try to fly to the airport, but continue to communicate with your airline that can advise you about refunding money or reservations of alternative flights.

If your flight applies to British law, your airline must allow you to choose between or refunding money or reserving an alternative trip.

You can take your money back to each part of the ticket you haven’t used.

So if you have a return journey and your outside legs are canceled, you can get the full cost of your return ticket.

If you get money back, your airline will not have more care for you. If you need any other settings, you should do that yourself.

If you still want to travel, your airline is committed to a new flight as soon as possible, including with rival companies from alternative airports.

But take into account, with the abolition of many flights, and other airports will be extended in the same way.

If there are other appropriate methods, such as trains for domestic flights, you have the right to reserve the alternative transfer instead.

If your flight enters Hecero on non-British Airways, you should check the conditions and rules of your reservation.

If you are trapped abroad or at the airport, your airline will have to provide more help, including:

• Free accommodation, if you have to stay overnight to fly the next day
• Transportation to accommodation and in the place of residence
• Affordable amounts of food and drink (most times in the form of copy)
• A way for you to communicate (often by repaying the cost of communication)

If your airline can’t arrange help, you have the right to arrange this yourself and then ask for the cost.

The Civil Aviation Authority advises people to keep the receipts and not spend more than necessary.

In this example, you will not have the right to compensate for additional compensation from your airline because the situation is considered an “ustered situation” outside the control of the airline.

If your flight insurance includes the journey of flights, you must be covered if you have to cancel your trip plans.
