The bacteria have returned.
The Mississippi Environmental Ministry said Thursday tests were found in two places: Christian Establish Pass and Galfport West Beach.
The beaches are still open.
The agency is cautiously passing water exposure advice when routine tests find Intercca, the bacteria living in the intestines of some animals. Bacteria do not harm humans. However, it may indicate the bacteria of dirty water cleaning stations, white or boat sewerage systems.
Advices will extend from Espi to Avenoi Hayden on Pas Christian, and from Marie Aveno to the Avino camp in Galfpport. The advice issued earlier this year is still on the beach of Christian Central and Long Beach between Ok Gardenz Avino and Gerard Avino.
Water exposure advice was on Thursday, March 20, on four beaches: Christian Christian coast, Christian St. Betch, Long Beach and the West Bank Galfport. The bacteria can also be from wildlife, including bird colons on the outskirts.
The Environmental Quality Department says swimming during consultation may increase the risk of disease. Warnings have long annoyed some coastal businesses, who say the water is good and the advice will harm tourists.
